TCL’s first project with Kent-based luxury developer Sunningdale House Developments has been a roaring success, say the clients.
The TCL South East bespoke team designed and installed the sales area at its prestigious 28 home development, South Cliff Place, in the coastal town of Broadstairs in Kent.
The three- to five-bedroom New England style homes are on the market for between £490,000 and £900,000.
Sunningdale sales director, Pravin Amarasinghe, said: “All of us were really impressed with the landscaping done by TCL. We really appreciate the work put in by you, Tony Fairhurst and the rest of your team. Thank you.”
Praise was also given to operatives Muray Benson, Jack Barker and Bogdan Balan for carrying out an outstanding installation which involved incorporating an old unused stone bench from another site as a feature on the stone circular patio.
Sunningdale marketing manager, Iris O’Connell, added: “An excellent job was done by all. Thank you!! We very much appreciated the tight timescales you worked to, to get the job done and the outcome was superb! The stone bench looks great by the way.”
