We are seeking a relationship manager in the North West to help with the continued growth of our North region. If you have experience of the House Build sector, a consultative approach and the drive to overachieve against sales targets then get in touch. You will have the benefit of working with a senior sales manager who is progressing into a new leadership role and is willing to pass on knowledge, experience and clients! For the right candidate there is a generous basic and uncapped commission.
Main purpose of the role:
To broaden the relationships with existing house builder client leads and prospecting new leads. The RRM will have responsibility for selling and promoting all of the TCL services.
This will include identifying and processing new leads, supporting correspondence with clients, supplying quotes and designs, managing their own pipeline and supporting the pipeline of the North West region to ensure new and existing relationships are nurtured and developed effectively.
Existing clients – The Regional Relationship Manager will work very closely with the SRM to log new enquiries, ensure information received is distributed internally to the correct people and communicate progress internally and externally. All information will be logged and monitored using TCL CRM computer database. The Regional Relationship Manager will be expected to contact clients to request information and updates on open quotations and encourage the drive of sales. Existing client relationships will also be utilised to find new opportunities and increase face to face meetings.
New/Cold clients – The Regional Relationship Manager will be expected to work with the SRM and Regional Director to identify strategic new sales leads through a variety of sources. These leads will be followed up with the aim of converting into an opportunity and face to face meeting with the prospect.
Design led approach – The sales process utilises the TCL design team and the Regional Relationship Manager will coordinate closely with the design team and respective clients to ensure accuracy on our designs and decrease the requirement for revisions.
Business systems – The Regional Relationship Manager will ensure all data is maintained on the CRM database system. All information must be accurate and complete including all client activities up to date and scheduled with call/email information logged.
Team coordination – The Regional Relationship Manager will have the ability to recognise the need for, and to coordinate inclusion of other colleagues from within the business to support a particular sales opportunity where applicable.
