Key Account Manager – Various Locations Nationally

Burleys is part of the TCL Group and has a great opportunity to join us as a Regional Key Account Manager building on our client relationships and ensuring we continue to delivery high quality green services to our customers. The role will require travelling throughout the allocated area managing the quality of our services, producing quality audits and developing new opportunities.

The Role

Working with client to build long term site improvement plans

Identifying and generating new sales opportunities

Generating accurate quotations in a timely manner.

Supporting cleaning administration and line management responsibilities for onsite cleaning operatives

Delivering KPI requirements for site audit visits

Producing monthly reports demonstrating sales activities from site visit through to orderbook

Producing and maintaining through regular reviews, a Service Level Agreement for each site within client’s specific remit.

Attend client reviews with colleagues

Manage basic purchase control responsibilities to achieve pre-agreed budgets.

Person Specification

Some commercial experience, ideally in client management or sales.
Strong sales competencies including fact finding, checking understanding, recommendation and closing sale.
Educated to degree level, ideally in a relevant subject such as Business Management, English, Environmental Studies or any Science subjects.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel, Word and Power point.
Hold Immaculate personal and work presentation skills with a keen eye for detail and be able to represent TCL Group at both internal and external meetings.
Self-motivated and seeks out and takes opportunities to learn new skills as part of personal professional development.
Happy to work alone or in a team.
Keen to work to defined targets.
Excellent relationship management skills.
Superior multi-tasking abilities.
Superior time management and organisation skills.
High level of written English.
