House price rise sees boom in demand for landscaping and play areas

The latest monthly house price rise is sparking an increase in demand for show home landscaping and communal play areas from big name housebuilders across the UK, according to tcl.

The group, which specialises in show home and public open space landscaping and creating natural play areas to comply with section 106 agreements, says business has seen a tremendous upswing in the first quarter of 2010.

And the latest encouraging house price rise figures are giving increased confidence to housebuilders poised for new-build starts in the new financial year, says tcl MD Simon Cashmore.

The company, which includes play area specialist Admiral Play, has expanded its workforce by more than seven per cent to tackle the increased demand.
