tcl wins Bovis Homes contract

tcl have recently been awarded a contract to provide landscape maintenance and facilities management services to all Bovis Homes sites in the Central and Northern region of the UK. The contract, for over 30 sites, will involve provision of a wide range of maintenance services to Bovis Homes and include quarterly play area inspection services for all equipped play areas within the developments.

Commenting on the contract success Steve Pittams, tcl's Maintenance Contracts Manager said "we are delighted to build on our long term relationship with Bovis Homes with this contract and extend our services across a wider geography to include all sites in the North of England, in addition to sites across the Central region".

Giles Truscott, Bovis Homes Landscape Architect said "following a competitive tender process tcl were our chosen partner to undertake landscape maintenance and facilities management services at all Bovis sites across the region. tcl demonstrated innovation in the manner to which the tender was responded to and presented a number of joined up services to Bovis. tcl were are also a trusted partner having delivered a range of quality landscape service to Bovis Homes (Central) over a number of years previously".
