tcl designs and installs Barratt Homes new sales area at prestigious Biddenham development

September 2009; tcl were delighted to be commissed to design and install the new sales scheme for Barratt Homes at the prestigious Bedfordshire development at Biddenham.

Andy Danns, tcl's senior landscape architect said "this is a great example of client consultation being used to its full advantage. An initial meeting with the Construction and Sales Directors of Barratt (Northampton) ensured that the client brief was fully understood and that the space surrounding the sales area was used to its full advantage. The sales area blends with the surrounding environment and built form whilst making the impact expected of a high specification sales scheme"
