That’s why tcl have been asked to support a number of house builders over recent months in the redesign of previously approved landscape schemes and to undertake the downstream renegotiation with the local authority aligned to the redesign.
Redesigns, undertaken by Covey Outdoor Design (tcl’ in-house landscape design practice), have been commissioned to achieve two specific results, firstly to reduce costs associated with a potentially costly previously approved landscape scheme. And secondly, to ensure that the redesigned scheme really works for the client by achieving great site aesthetics and instant impact, making sure the scheme looks at its best when the house builder needs it most - when houses are being marketed!

- Consultancy support during the renegotiation of the redesigned scheme with the local authority
