This is why tcl have developed the ‘Design & Build’ service. It works by bringing together landscape design, planning application support and landscape construction into one simple to manage and fully integrated service.

Starting with the agreement of a site specific landscape development budget with our client, detailed landscape design proposals are established and presented to local authorities. Upon planning consents being awarded the construction of the scheme is undertaken aligned to this pre-agreed budget.

Design & Build seeks to support the house builder in improving the aesthetics of housing developments by focusing landscape budgets upon key focal points within the area and by creating schemes that will aid the house sales process. Planting schemes and other products used within our designs are selected in consultation with the house builder and concentrate on delivering instant impact upon completion.
